The retreat was such a welcoming and supportive space, with people at all different stages of their journey. Becki’s coaching was incredible—she breaks everything down so clearly and really helps you build confidence in your own ability.

There were so many things I’d never tried before, but thanks to the hands-on guidance and constant encouragement, I felt comfortable stepping outside my comfort zone—and I actually enjoyed it! The week had a perfect mix of yoga, fitness, meditation, downtime, and other activities, so there was something for everyone. I’m so glad I took the leap.     As the founder of the Women’s Weightlifting Club, I am passionate about empowering women through strength training and holistic wellness. With over 8years of experience in fitness and personal training, I’ve dedicated my career to helping women discover their strength and embrace their potential. At our retreat, I’ll be leading our WWC fitness and yoga classes designed to challenge your body, inspire your spirit, and promote balance. My goal is to create an inclusive and supportive environment where you can thrive, connect, and unleash your inner potential.

"This was my first retreat, so I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect, but it couldn’t have been a better experience. The days started perfectly with movement and yoga, easing into the morning. The weightlifting classes were a great mix, enough to push yourself if you’re comfortable with lifting, but also super approachable if you’re new or just wanting to brush up on technique.

The food was nourishing and delicious. My favourite part of the day was winding down with Becki’s meditation and journaling sessions in the evenings. The schedule never felt packed, you had space to slow down, soak up Bali, enjoy the Uluwatu weather or explore if you wanted to. By the end of the week, I felt like I’d properly filled my cup, relaxed, reset, and so grateful I got to do something like this."
