With over 8years of experience in fitness and personal training, I’ve dedicated my career to helping women discover their strength and embrace their potential. At our retreat, I’ll be leading our WWC fitness and yoga classes designed to challenge your body, inspire your spirit, and promote balance. My goal is to create an inclusive and supportive environment where you can thrive, connect, and unleash your inner potential.
